From The Ground Up OT LLC is a clinician-owned private practice located in Raymond, NH. We specialize in pediatrics with focus on building skills and supporting patients and families throughout development. We see children from birth-21 years old with special exceptions made for young adults as needed. Emily Bourque MS OTR/L is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who has extensive personal and professional experience in the field of Developmental Disability. Emily is passionate about meeting children where they are at and finding a way to help them function in day to day activities to the best of their abilities. Emily believes that all children can be successful when given the proper supports and encouragement. Emily is eager to share community resources and other supports with families! Emily has experience working with a wide variety of diagnoses including but not limited to Developmental Disability or Delay, Neurological Diagnoses, Orthopedic Conditions, Vision Challenges, Autism, Anxiety, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Genetic Diagnoses, Trauma, and PANS/PANDAS. Insurance/Fees: From The Ground Up OT is actively credentialing with several insurance plans. We are currently credentialed with Anthem Blue Cross, NH Medicaid, Amerihealth, Well Sense, Medicare, and NH Healthy Families. For other insurances pending credentialing we are offering super bills for insurance submission as an out of network provider as well as private pay options. We accept HSAs and FSAs.
